Our cakes last several days after purchase if not consumed immediately, with being properly sealed. Absolutely no refrigeration is necessary in order to achieve maximum taste, (fresh fruit and dairy fillings are an exception). This is possible due to using only the highest quality ingredients. Pound cakes are baked with one pound of pure butter.
